Being responsible for all sales-relevant aspects of dealer performance under assigned geographical areas, acting as main interface between wholesale with dealers.

Take overall leading responsibilities to be the main contact person for responsible dealerships in sales related issues.
Prepare, agree and achieve dealer annual sales business plan with agreed actions.
New car sales performance and new car sales qualitative target achievement
Dealer profitability in sales related part
Monitor dealers sales operating standards like stock management, financial situation, dealer personnel management
Responsible for dealers’ manpower development in sales functions, e.g. certification target, retention
Support and coordinate other sales functions, e.g. used car sales, fleet sales, key account sales
Collect and monitor market intelligence information and feedback to wholesale. Provides consistent and systematic input on competitive sales and marketing actions in the marketplace
To co-ordinate with Marketing, After sales, CRM and Public Relation functions from target orientated perspective
Advice and coach the dealers in managerial and corporate matters.
Other assignments from wholesale side
Education / Degree:
University degree or above, majored in Economics, Management or Engineering related major
Knowledge / Skills / Competences:
Sufficient area management / sales experience
Fluent Chinese and English, both in written and oral
Extensive knowledge of market and service structure in the Chinese vehicle environment.
Experience in motor vehicle dealer retail operations.
Understanding of basic marketing concepts.
