Fleet Sales Key Account Manager
Acquisition of regional large, mid and small corporate accounts. To manage dealers on regional level to achieve the Fleet Sales target.
- Acquisition of regional large, mid and small corporate accounts.
- Directly meet with strategic account customers to close major deals.
- Steer the region fleet sales target achievement.
- Implement the Fleet Sales Program for Corporate, Hotel, VIP, Government & SOE, etc.
- Set regional fleet sales programs, monitor and maximize usage of them to improve quality and generate more fleet sales.
- Guide and coordinate with dealer fleet sales managers to ensure all dealerships to comply with fleet sales policies and regulations.
- Provide coaching and training for dealer fleet sales managers.
- Steering fleet sales marketing plan, event implementation at dealer.
- Coordinate with dealer fleet sales manager to ensure yearly target is achieved.
- Bachelor of Business administration, Marketing, Economics, Computer science or Equivalent.
- A 4-6 years key Account management experience in OEMs preferred.
- A 4-6 years strong relationship with local enterprises, local government etc.
- Understanding of corporate philosophy and image.
- Understanding of Fleet Sales concepts.
- Relationship / network development ability.
- Negotiation skills.
- Automobile product knowledge.
- Proficient English.
- Strong communication skill.
