Key Account Manager 大客户销售经理
Major Job Responsibilities:
Search new clients that could benefit from Delphi products and/or services and maximizing customer potential
开发可以从德尔福产品中获益的新客户,最大化的挖掘客户需求
Establishing new and maintaining existing long-term rapports with customers.
与新老客户建立并保持长期密切的合作关系
Managing and interpreting customer requirements - listening to clients and using astute questioning to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs.
管理并响应客户需求,倾听客户声音,理解、预测和超越客户需求
Convincing clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
从质量、价格和物流等多维度说服客户德尔福产品的优越性。
Calculating client quotations.
测算客户报价
Negotiating tender and contract terms, to meet both client and company needs.
协商谈判投标和合同条款,实现互利共赢
Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
通过沟通合同条款最终完成销售
Manage account receivable and meet cooperate AR target.
管理应收账款,达到公司应收指标
To win new business and meet cooperate booking and revenue target.
赢得新业务,实现公司订单及营收指标
Major Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above.
本科及以上学历
At least 5 years sales working experience in Multinational company.
5年以上跨国公司销售工作经验
Decent and polite manner, good computer and communication skills.
良好的商务礼仪,优秀的计算机能力,卓越的沟通技巧
Experience and knowledge of automotive connection systems/components(Diesel) is preferred.
拥有汽车行业连接器类产品或零部件(柴油机)相关工作经验者优先
Nice to have sales experience with CV OEs, such as Dongfeng, Great Wall, Yunnei, Quanchai , Weichai , etc.
了解商用车销售,熟悉商用车品牌,比如东风,长城,云内动力,全柴,潍柴等
Basic knowledge in IATF16949.
